  • WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE MY ICECASH CARD?

    All you need to do is visit your nearest Zimpost branch and get a new one! Your account will still be completely secure provided you have kept your PIN safe.

  • HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR TRANSACTIONS TO REFLECT ON MY ICECASH ACCOUNT?

    All ICEcash transactions are done in real-time and reflect immediately. Only RTGS transactions which involve old-school banks take a day.

  • WHAT DOES IT COST TO HAVE AN ICECASH ACCOUNT?

  • WHERE CAN I MAKE DEPOSITS?

    Yes, the Zinara card can be linked to a specific registration that it will only work with.

  • HOW CAN I ADD FUNDS TO MY ZINARA CARD?

    1) RTGS your top-up amount to the following account details:
    – Bank: CBZ Bank Limited
    – Account Name: Icecash (Pvt) Ltd
    – Branch: Borrowdale
    – Account No: 02924369880015
    – Reference: Company Name of Sender
    Log into your Icecash account and transfer the funds to the Zinara wallet within Icecash.
    2) Deposit cash with any Zimpost or Zinara branch, directly onto a card.

  • WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ZINARA CARD IS LOST OR STOLEN?

    If you card is lost or stolen, you can disable it through the Icecash app or through www.icecash.mobi.

  • CAN I ADD MORE THAN ONE ZINARA CARD TO MY ACCOUNT?

    Yes, you can add as many cards as you please to your Icecash account.

  • CAN I CHOOSE TO HAVE MY ZINARA CARD NOT LINKED TO A REGISTRATION NUMBER?

    Yes, however this will allow the card to be used with any vehicle even if it is lost/stolen.
